Thanks for leaving your review Sabine. If you are unable to download the app using your device's cellular data, you can try to connect to WiFi. You can also check your settings. If you are still having issues, please call our SmarTrip team at 1-888-762-7874 Monday-Friday 7 a.m. to 8 p.m -KB
