This app and the market service is rubbish. Customer service is layers!!!. I book a home cleaning service, they delayed for 2 hours and i tried to call them, they laying and giving dake answer (they are on the way). I recommend no one to deal with them. Reply on developer replay: I have a screenshot of app customer service communication. Again, this is fake and layers!!!!!

Disappointing Food Delivery Experience with Smile App. In summary, the Smile App Food Delivery service has potential, but it needs significant improvements in restaurant quality, customer service responsiveness and resolution, and overall reliability. As a consumer, I expect transparency and consistent quality. Until these issues are addressed, I’ll be exploring other food delivery options. Remember that everyone’s experience may vary, but these were my personal observations.

There's a fundamental issue with the app, quite laggy, unresponsive, takes an hour to load, can barely use to order anything on the first try, have to close and reopen app multiple times just to make an order.
