I'm disappointed to say that my experience with this app has been nothing short of frustrating. Their customer support is abysmal, leaving customers stranded with unresolved issues. The refund process is a nightmare, taking an excruciatingly long time, often more than 7 days, and even then, they deduct money unfairly. If a restaurant declines the order, customers are left waiting for another 7 days to receive a refund, adding insult to injury. This app fails miserably

This app and the market service is rubbish. Customer service is layers!!!. I book a home cleaning service, they delayed for 2 hours and i tried to call them, they laying and giving dake answer (they are on the way). I recommend no one to deal with them. Reply on developer replay: I have a screenshot of app customer service communication. Again, this is fake and layers!!!!!

Extremely Dissapointed with this app service. Recently i order for ice-cream from Baskin Robbins. However i received incorrect order. Upon getting in touch with smile ( only option to connect with them is thru chat only. No emails or number to call ) they assured me that I will be getting my complete refund. However still waiting for Refund even after 20 days no update after multiple follow up. I would request everyone to reconsidering ordering thru this app. Imagine u received incorrect order.
