Very very very bad... After you I made the order and the order should be delivered after 5 days, I received a message telling the order is cancelled without mentioning any thing, then I had to call them to know what happened they said the item is out of stock... They didn't call to apologize for the delaying or to explain about the cancellation, only they sent a text massage and after all of this the will call back asking to evaluate the service...

The app is extremely slow and gets stuck when you search for items especially from the dropdown list. This is frustrating and costing you money from buyers..

There's a big problem with the deliveries in riyadh. The drivers ask for the location, but they don't come. They say they have to deliver in other areas. I should spend 2 days coordinating with their team and get it delivered. And this happens on every delivery. They need to sort this.
