this app is awful, confusing, is so extremely slow, and fails to do the most basic things like tell me my extra legroom seat number I've paid to select. selecting manage my booking takes half a business day to get the page loading, and half the time errors out Sorry, failed to update My Trips. () or We sincerely apologize, but something went wrong with your booking. it's the first airline app I've seen where manage my booking does not show my flight details.

it has been really difficult to contact Malaysian Airlines with regard to amending booking in order to be able to access bidding for upgrade. I tried up to 25 times over a week and finally got on to them. The times i got through the line disconnected and no one called back. When I finally got through with hotel's reception it was too late to bid on an upgrade so managed to choose extra leg room seat. The process was extremely disappointing. Not a fan of Malaysian Airlines contact centre.

hopeless registration process. Can log in but can't do anything because l didn't fill in mandatory items and can't update it. why would you let someone log in when they think there is missing data. l want to add a flight but I give up! Ringing a call centre is the last thing l want to do..
