pretty good, but has a few issues: * but it doesn't activate speakerphone, so it's a pain to hear without headphones. * when answering a call, it whitescreens if the app wasn't already open. then I have to close the app, open it, and have them call again. * (not an app issue) the facility won't let us message through this service

The phones are always distorted and cutting in and out, videos always get disconnected, I've spent over $2000 on their phone service and probably 1/3 of that has been frozen video chats or phone calls where I'm trying to figure out what is being said because of the static. And it sucks because you have no choice but to use it since it's the service the facility uses.

This app is almost like a scam. They offer you a service, you add money and they basically steal it from you. The connection issues are horrific. The app will barely allow you to answer the call. When and if it connects the call has so much lag, you never even see a face or hear the person. With in seconds the call drops. I have hit the report bug button still no use. The app just takes my money. I can't even send a video message.
