Have been using the app for years, was always pleased with it (5stars) until the last update. The last update caused issues with loading accounts info. 90% of the time i logged in, i am not able to see my accounts details at all. The busy icon is forever spinning and having issues to load the numbers. Tried pressing back button, it will only direct you to exit the app. Have to log in multiple times in order to see my account details successfully. I would say, out of 10 logins, only once worked.

I am impressed by the UI of the app. For the most part, it is very clean and polished. The ads can get a little annoying but after a while, you just get used to it as an additional step to get to your destination. The other thing that bothers me is the difference in the UI across the board. This is especially true for viewing transactions under the 'Accounts' tab. The design of it is just so clunky compared to the one in the 'Home' tab. I would prefer if they could standardise them.

Pressing back and forth between home tab and account tab couple of times will render the app in a permenant loading loop. UAT was obviously done half-hearted. Postings of bills are always in a mess, credit card that are no longer active are still shown in summary instead of archive. Consistent flooding of user with advertisements during logging in are a total nuisance. This is definitely one of the lousier app compared to other bank's.
