Been using SCB app for close to 5 years now, and sometimes to find a button such as changing limits is a challenge as it is not intuitive and not easy to remember as it differs from other bank apps. The search function has restricted search areas too, which increases the challenge. It's good that they made the app much more pleasing to the eyes, but still a big room for improvement.

Login and making payment is very slow, especially for scan to pay. There's an incident where the transaction is pending and I had to pay with cash because I was holding up the queue but the transaction went through after I had left. So I had been double charged. The credit card payment is very confusing too, the amount due should be updated to 0 after making payment so that it's easier to track if I had paid.

Started blocking launcher apps for the sake of malware protection. Shouldn't there be a whitelist for official play store installed apps? In addition to that after the malware update the app launch is considerably slower (sometimes just stuck on black screen) and I have to depend on other bank apps to make qr payments. Honestly if the feature is not ready yet please don't roll it out.
