1. Unable to do local transfer to other bank. Will stuck with the spinning circle and inform that there is an error. No interface or link to report that error, and no specific error code, just try again later. 2. Credit card due amount is not updated after making payment, and is confusing and often make me doubt if i have made the payment already

scb is the worst app and bank ever. it does not login to the portal no many how many times you try. and if you do not reply an email, it freezes your account. really useless bank and app.

Spam email without the option to stop unnecessary email, cannot even unsubscribe Edit: You mentioned that there is Unsubscribe button in the email, but I don't think that is factually correct for all the emails sent out from SC.
