Very disappointing experience. I received a non-working electronic item (speaker) and reported it within 5 minutes, yet support kept repeating policies instead of helping. No misuse from my side, still the request was denied and the ticket was closed without resolution. Clearly more about scripted replies than actual support. Uninstalling the app.

Blinkit claims to offer ultra-fast delivery services, but in reality, the experience often falls short of expectations. Many users frequently complain about delayed deliveries despite the promise of 10–20 minute service. Worst service. Blinkit’s recent service has been unacceptable. Following a mishandled item, I was issued a restrictive coupon instead of a cash refund. My subsequent order for four items arrived with only three; the missing product was marked "out of stock" post-purchase. Instead of an automated refund, the amount was erroneously applied to other service charges. This combination of poor inventory management and deceptive billing is a significant service failure. I am deactivating my account.
