I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

The new update has some improvements, but clearly it was pushed out the door before it was ready. Creating and editing goals doesn't work. A message is presented indicating you'll be able to do this in the future…this message has been displayed for a long time now. Frustrating. I did link my bank account but that functionality has since broken and so far, support staff have been unable to resolve the issue. This app has not lived up to my expectations. Another shortcoming…I need to be able to report across multiple accounts and sadly, I must go to my broker for that level of information.

I can no longer open this app. I get an error saying the app needs an update, but when it takes me to the Google Play store, it says "this app is incompatible with your device". What?? I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+. You're telling me I can't use a finance app because my phone isn't compatible? This is ridiculous. All of the other apps on my phone are compatible. Please address this error before I uninstall this app.
