I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

I've been using it for years and really like the application. I just got a new update I'm running a Samsung s23 with Androids 10 + operating on the system and now I get an error message asking me to update it. I've been trying for 2 days to get it to update. Today I'm still without access.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Google has recently stopped offering security support for all versions of Android 12. We prevent our app from being used on unsupported operating systems to help protect our clients' information. You can update your S23 to Android 13 or higher to continue using the app.

Terry Trezner
It shows what I have, i.e. which stocks I'm invested in, the different mutual funds I'm in, how much cash I have in there. It also shows my returns over the last year. It seems to lack many features I can find on the apps I use to invest for myself. So many I can't even write them all out here.
