I was advised by my partner and FA to use the app. When it works, I have access. Lately the problem is it refuses to let me logon. My id is auto saved and I have to manually type in my password. After that, nothing. The "sign in" button doesn't recognize my tapping, in other words, i can't logon. I have to constantly contact my FA to send me documents though email or i have to go their site. This app needs a serious overhaul.

Very rudimentary. I expect a lot more for what I pay. Not even an overall balance of funds by asset classification throughout accounts. Probably the worst major app that I've ever experienced. If stuff I want exists, it sure isn't findable.

All the new updated apps for the past 10 years have never provided the functionality nor usefulness of the early app. The current app borders on useless. IMHO, You are better off creating a spreadsheet with your number of shares and track them on the Market Watch website.
