Simply track what you eat, your symptoms and moods and Endive will help you identify correlations in a visual graph form.

Food is a common trigger of digestive symptoms. Avoiding certain foods or keeping a low FODMAP diet can dramatically improve issues like gas, bloating, stomach pain, diarrhoea, constipation and others.

I've used several apps to track my IBS-C. I know the developer is still working on this app, but so far I like it. They have a great selection of food items and recipes already in the database. You can easily adjust the recipes, too. After every entry it asks you to rate your triggers (bloating, constipation, etc) which I LOVE! I'm so bad about tracking those. There is no export option yet, which I hope comes soon. Using the free version and there are no ads, either.

it was working perfectly until 1 month check passed and since then, it doesn't work anymore. it's constantly loading, doesn't wanna let me add any new meals or anything...

App has a really slick interface and I love the symptoms graph. Unfortunately though you're only recording the flare ups and not the success stories. I personally would like to be able to log my trips to the toilet and get a more in depth understanding of my gut routines. How long was my gut ok for, how often I had to go,etc. There also doesn't appear to be any pattern analyser "you had bloating after eating ice cream three times" so it looks like you'd have to try and figure it out yourself.
