Immediately Crash Prone App starting hanging the first time I opened it. Then it hung on the subscription screen. Finally, after making a subscription it wouldn't recognize the subscription unless I killed the app and restarted it. Now after all that, I can't go into any section and chat. This is not a difficult app to implement. It appears the developers should be in another line of work.

!THEFT! DO NOT DOWNLOAD! They say you get a week free with a subscription. Then you subscribe, but they charge the whole amount and when you cancel, it says your subscription will end in a year. But, what happened to my free week? It's only been 2 minutes?!

Enough apps that hire professional counselors cost money way over many of us' budget! Now you're accepting amateur listeners (I wish more of them were trained there is a dire need for them too!!!!) Now another thing I can't afford. I want to see an app that provides free counseling at least in one spot that's not a crisis line. Or I'll make one myself. That's worth more money right now then a bunch of expensive therapists that no one can afford anyway. Sorry about my anger but this is a lot.
