Enough apps that hire professional counselors cost money way over many of us' budget! Now you're accepting amateur listeners (I wish more of them were trained there is a dire need for them too!!!!) Now another thing I can't afford. I want to see an app that provides free counseling at least in one spot that's not a crisis line. Or I'll make one myself. That's worth more money right now then a bunch of expensive therapists that no one can afford anyway. Sorry about my anger but this is a lot.

I normally love this app and the listeners but ever since the 11th of April my app has been stuck on the "matching you with a listener" page. clearing cache hasn't fixed it, force stopping hasn't fixed it, uninstalling and reinstalling also hasn't helped. I reached out to support via email to get one response on the 14th and so far no other reply. I really hope that someone can help so I can put this up to 5 stars.

Immediately Crash Prone App starting hanging the first time I opened it. Then it hung on the subscription screen. Finally, after making a subscription it wouldn't recognize the subscription unless I killed the app and restarted it. Now after all that, I can't go into any section and chat. This is not a difficult app to implement. It appears the developers should be in another line of work.
