Fix the date wrong by one day early problem, otherwise it's looking like you're deliberately trying to confuse and rip off us customers. I've only been asking for this simple code fix for over two years.
Thanks amaysim I had the worst experience on recharging my prepaid service in my whole life. At 20th April, I finished up my data usage of my $30 monthly plan which also expires at 20th, so I was trying to manually renew the $30 monthly plan, I tried looking for the place to recharge my monthly plan in the app but all i got is a place for me to top up credit, then I paid $30 then I was able to use data again. But at the end my credit didn't go to my monthly plan, it just went to a NORMAL CREDIT and I used up all $30 in 400MB data unconsciously. Now I paid $30 for 400MB and I still haven't got to renew my monthly plan. This is totally a SHAME, I just wasted my money! I'm going to other operator
Why is amaysim playing games with us and this crap app. How about a proper data balance when you top up. And what's this rubbish reducing the month to 28 days and having a renewal a day later. Whats the phone number for the telecommunications ombudsman!
This app is now totally disconnected from the reality of your subscription. With the 28 day plans you now need to be shown a renewal date. This should be done in text but also with a day countdown bar graph under the data left graph. That way you could easily see how much you're ahead or behind budget.
Still need the date of data renewal on front page. And a rate of use so you know if you need to slow down. Pretty ugly and dated looking too
Pretty poor user experience overall. Data usage only allows query of a week's history, yet you force user to look at this one day at a time. Wouldn't it be better just to show a summarised view of this instead?
