Why is amaysim playing games with us and this crap app. How about a proper data balance when you top up. And what's this rubbish reducing the month to 28 days and having a renewal a day later. Whats the phone number for the telecommunications ombudsman!
Still need the date of data renewal on front page. And a rate of use so you know if you need to slow down. Pretty ugly and dated looking too
Pretty poor user experience overall. Data usage only allows query of a week's history, yet you force user to look at this one day at a time. Wouldn't it be better just to show a summarised view of this instead?
Never have had issues unless its time to update the app. for convenience i wish there was a bar on main screen of how long until plan restarts or the date on main screen so i can monitor my data usage better.
Before Amaysim was OK, now going fast down. Just 28 days monthly prepaid plans, they very high rise international rates, they removed 10GB one year internet offer, phone customer service practically not exist-never can't connect, online service very poor now. Guys maybe we start look for others operators.
What a Crap company with poor service. Over 3 hours on hold over 2 days then to be told to wait for a call back in 1 to 3 working days... Just to activate a sim card
