Payment over credit card bounced off (was over the limit), Amaysim cancelled the service stright away, no grace period of day or two. All this at the worst possible time! I reinstated account next day (I've got 3 accounts with them), but they should reconsider this hars policy of cancellation strict away. I'm long term customer and not happy with this! ☹️

Naff. The real data, texts and phone call use is FAR lower than what Amysim say. Twice, I checked WhatsApp and sent one short message to get charged $2.00 each time. My phone measured the download total as less than 400MB. But my initial $12.00 and $20.00 top up was completely blown away. Get a plan from Optus. There's no minimum contract term like a UK mobile plan say.

Had an issue during activation of the sim (rare issue). However, 3 days later out of a frustrating wait period, I bought another SIM and that got activated within an hour. Amaysim support did refund the amount I paid for the first SIM after I explained the inconvenience that was caused to me. So yeah, Good support, great plans, and good overall network coverage. happy with the service.
