97% of the time ive never had a problem. Im saying 97% because my first order they forgot my drink and they gave me 2 as an apology. 😀 and once was half an hour late. Mind you i use this app once a week and love it sooooo much. Very happy
Really bad. If I leave the app while still open in the background it loses my order entirely despite being logged in. Takes up too much space and not user friendly. Atrocious. Uninstalled and ordered via an alternative. Get with the program of the current app market.
Made an order at lunch time. EatNow said it was open. 3 minutes later a cancelation message appeared. 4 and half hours later my canceled food arrived. Useless. And the most useless customer service. Do not use
Lies about refund time frames, customer support non-existent. 4 days later and "instant" refund not given, told 1-3 days, then 2-5. First two were lies, let's see if third time is the charm. There are other options, don't use these idiots. And a warning, MenuLog is the same company.
Its all good unless you have a problem with your order and need a refund. Customer service is poor. Don't respond in a timely manner
