The app itself is mostly fine, however the login experience is painful. Even though there's a biometric feature it prompts you for a password first, and the remember feature only remembers my Id, so I always have to go digging around in a password manager. I would love to see the login experience improved to remember credentials and allow a user to login with just biometrics.

One of the worst offenders in allowing cookies (selling your data) trackers are from FB, Amazon, Google and heaps of others. All are tracking for as much data as they can, like your name, birthday, mobile make and number. DONT use this app if you like your privacy.

Why has tap icon disappeared when making claims? Used it last week and was at upper right. Frustrating to be at provider reception, with time spent logging in, then 2FA authentication, then no obvious way to claim when it was there before...? Will stick with physical card or online claims.
