Since experiencing a stroke and joining hotdoc, a low-tech Larry a few years ago, I've slowly got more tech savvy (High-tech Harry) and now I download the calender appointment and I'm reminded automatically of any upcoming appointments. It dots all the I's and crosses all the T's. fantastic for my physical and mental health. for the benefit of all beings. Namaste

Very good, simple to use. Sign up. Free. Finding new medical services, checking existing, making appointments, paying, very easy. Can book for others too. Only "big" problem, when dr bookings cancelled/moved (by me or dr), doesn't show as that to me. Just says "changed", so I have to phone clinic to check to when, or if it's even there. Last week was checking some bookings, saw I had a 3:00 p.m. appointment & 2x 10:30am on same day. Clinic couldn't see the 3pm. I could. Would appreciate fix.

The recent update has defaulted, when looking to plan appointments to book ahead, which is something many people need to do, to going down to a separate screen that requires you to scroll all the way back up to find the doctor and times that you were looking for every single time you scroll across on their available appointment list. The update has broken an app that was otherwise very useful. This information will be passed on the clinic.
