This new app is step backwards. The user interface is cold and less appealing, the lack of account review is annoying and the lack of widget is frustrating. The view inside the accounts is also harder to read than the old version, I may as well be reading an Excel spreadsheet. I will continue to use the old app for as long as possible. And take note, I will move banks if the app is have to use daily is not user friendly.

This app started off well but it frequently came up with an error on one of my accounts so I couldn't view the transactions. In the end it happened all yhe time, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that didn't fix it, also the online help chat didn't work, in the end I uninstaller the app and reinstalled the old ING app which seems to work.

The app doesn't work now. It let me set it up when I was first promoted to install it from the old app, and it worked for a brief time. Now every time I try to log in over the past few weeks it just keeps saying "sorry, something went wrong, please get again later. The old app works so I am using that, but I keep seeing pop ups saying the old app will no longer be usable soon. I am not able to use the new app during this ongoing issue, so I am hoping the old app stays available.
