I'm very happy with ING and do like the simple nature and layout of the app, but it's becoming very regular to receive the "Sorry it looks like something went wrong" message. I kept receiving this when trying to make a BPAY payment. I logged into the ING website (still on my phone) and the BPAY payment worked straight away. I understood when this used to happen infrequently, however it's starting to get really frustrating.

Terrible App No push notifications, no tap and pay integration, no customisation options, no budget tracking. App in general is extremely basic and archaic. Please catch up to the standards of pretty much all other banks. CBA, Ubank, Up, etc - All miles better than this.

Payment failed, so I reattempt. Actually it didn't fail so you paid twice. Now I have to go ask for a refund. Repeatedly declines Translink payments for no reason when using my mobile. No support. Told to contact Translink. Other bank cards work fine with no issues. Still can't update my email without calling.
