Ratings and reviews

Yikes. Missing even the most basic of functions. No notifications for incoming or outgoing transactions, no cash flow view showing total credits vs debits plus many other features that are considered standard across the major banks. I mean these are things that even a graduate developer could integrate overnight. Basic is okay sometimes but this is bad.

New app was fine until I did my first transfer between my accounts. In the original app your account nicknames were the options to choose from, but now every account defaults to account type as the name so it makes it a much more painful and tedious process to move money between accounts. If you can have it available in the old app then it has to be possible in the new version. Please fix!!

On two occasions I've had my card number used unauthorised. ING should really provide an option in the app where you can get a notification every time your card is used. Or, a one-time card number you can use for a single card transaction online. My other banks provide one or both features, so ING is behind the times.
