Was much better before adding advertising within the app. Now it's slower and filled with unnecessary text around the key information. For me, if I'm looking for credit cards or a loan, the place I go is not going to be my mobile banking app. I understand why you've tried adding this, but it's made me less interested to go with you if I ever decide I need one of these products.

Pros: works smoothly and no crashes,, shows balance after each transaction, good interest rates. Can edit reoccurring payments easily. Cons: No option for ANY notifications. In this day and age, this is a security issue. No option to pause reoccurring scheduled payments. App features have not changed much at all in the decade I've used.

Absolutely fed up with in app marketing and advertising. this app was the best and brilliant for years, but it's now full of annoying gorilla marketing garbage that distracts from the core purpose of the application, banking. If you are going to push this invasive BS on your customers, then you need to put controls in the app to opt-out. I will be exiting ING after the BS changes to interest. you are dead to me. your app and behaviour has become insufferable...
