About this app

Official Australian Government myGov app to use myGov on your mobile. The myGov app makes dealing with government simple and easy.

You can use this app to:
· securely sign in to myGov on your mobile with a myGov app PIN, fingerprint recognition and face recognition
· easily view and manage your myGov Inbox messages
· quickly access your services
· store some government digital cards and certificates in the digital wallet.

You need a myGov account to set up the app. If you don’t have an account, create one on the myGov site, go to my.gov.au

Honestly shocked how bad this app is. I used it for only two minutes and now it claims I'm offline when every other app on my phone is working just fine. I've tried closing it and logging in again multiple times and it's still stuffed. We have heaps of brilliant app developers in Australia, why not use them?

1 star for attention. Logon etc ok. I go to My Health. From there look at a report. Ok so far. The display is a pdf. There is no way to exit the display. To use the phone back button takes you to My Gov home, so now need to go back to My Health. Problem is nothing loads. Home and try something else.. nothing loads. You need to logoff and log in. Functionality is rubbish. Android 13, Motorola Edge 40. And this is the only way to feed it back. Very poor.

Clunky when it (rarely) functions as intended. Currently none of the services connected will actually open from the home screen 😮‍💨 making it entirely useless.
