Awful awful app. took 4 goes to get through a booking and then it failed with Google pay as the app settings are out of date. Lost the booking and the room had gone when I went back in. Is a disjointed mess and badly designed. It actively stopped me booking from their hotels.

I installed it and it doesn't let me add my current reservation. the only reason I installed it was to access the hotel amenities, check out information etc since it's the only way to get to this info, order room service etc other than calling the hotel reception.

Absolutely horrible! don't even bother. I booked a massage 3 days in advance for our last day on this app, showed up and they had no record of anything, said they're having lots of problems with the app and I "should have known" to book via the concierge. and of course, no appointments available. Way to ruin an otherwise nice stay.
