3 stars because there is no option for English language. With so many international users living in Belgium, adding a 3rd language should have been a priority. 2nd reason: there is no option to deactivate emails of receipts after a purchase. If I want to see a receipt, I see it through the app. No reason to send me an email too with an attachment (digital economy is important for the environment)

Everytime I want to place an order it bounces me around multiple check-out (ad) environments while not holding the reserved slot. I don't mind the idea of upselling but at least keep our slot reserved while doing so. Don't allow us to finish our order a few minutes before midnight and cancel the order because the app makes it impossible to breeze through check-out.

Main reason I was using Colruyt App was to have a list of my favorite products + their prices (and relevant promotions). Navigation through fav. products in Xtra app is very annoying because by default it shows the list of "all partners", which displays only product name, but no price - for that you need to add shop filter every single time. And whenever you are in a specific product info, clicking back throws you to the top of "all partners" list instead of the last view of specific shop.
