the only reason I'm giving this low of a review is because of how incredibly inconvenient it is if you forget the login pin to get into the app. you get 5 tries and the chances doesn't reset after some time and once locked you have to call or go to the nearest bank. good luck getting anyone to answer the phone which leaves you with one option. there should much more convenient ways to navigate this rather than being forced to go to the bank everytime you forget what order your pin goes in :(

Broken and missing obvious features. When opening a template it is asking for address of the bank and address of the recipient. something that was never needed before. After making a payment without a template the templates fixed themselves. The normal money transfer does not let you select the available fields in an arbitrary order. If you enter an amount and not a currency you cannot input an IBAN. There is no hint that the order is important.

In the beginning, I wrote you that it is impossible not to have a repeat transfer button and to have to manually write the IBAN every time, and you fixed it. Now, there is not one again. Apparently, due to the euro update. Now, there is not even a button from the transfer to make a template. And what can I say about exporting to pdf, from which I can not copy the IBAN. It was the same with another bank, Unicredit, which I changed with yours. Seems it is time to change you, too.
