Three stars because tracking transactions is a mess. None of them are posted in order (once a card transaction has been posted it gets sorted under the posted date not the transaction date and out of order). Also the info once posted disappears unless you tap on a transaction that you think might be the one you are looking for. Otherwise the bank app is basic but useful. It offers extra features such as (very basic) extra security when shopping online and paying your utility bills.

Update: Issue resolved by a UBB employee. Very helpful as usual. Normally, the app is wonderful - there are a lot of options of things you can do at a distance (e. g. bank transfers, opening investment accounts). However, I am currently on a trip outside of Bulgaria and I can't access it :( this is a huge inconvenience!

How I am supposed to know if my salary for example has arrived? Push notifications(simple ones pushed by the app, like the stupid notifications for taking a loan that you are sending, is sent by the app on the notification center) are not present! I have DSK and UCR and the both have simple notifications for account movements,and I wam always aware for any movement within my account .... when this will be fixed? The only option we have is to pay for some stupid SMSs..
