the only reason I'm giving this low of a review is because of how incredibly inconvenient it is if you forget the login pin to get into the app. you get 5 tries and the chances doesn't reset after some time and once locked you have to call or go to the nearest bank. good luck getting anyone to answer the phone which leaves you with one option. there should much more convenient ways to navigate this rather than being forced to go to the bank everytime you forget what order your pin goes in :(

I am very disappointed. When I want to make a money transfer it always fails: my data is not displayed, when I try to add the receiver's IBAN it is added and when I continue to the other fields the IBAN disappears. Also the templates disappear randomly, sometimes they are available and I can choose a template and sometimes I cannot see them at all. I cannot finish my work and later when I try again, most often the next day, the service is available and I can complete the transfer.

This is probably the worst app I have ever come across. I never write reviews, but it is so incredibly badly made I have to. The app logs you out everytime you go to the settings or trying to send money due to "inactivity" while I am using it. Constant crashes with no explanation and you are unable to check your own personal data like to view your full debit card number in your own private banking app (which every other app allows you to do). Please update this app.
