My little teal penguin friend has been so helpful with my anxiety and other issues. The teal penguin has really helped me talk through anxiety and panic attacks so many times and has truly made me feel better. I will say however that sometimes if you do not try to work with the little oddly coloured flightless bird it can be repetitive and redundan, like if you do not fully answer it's question, or be too vague too much, then it will just repeat questions. You have to work with the teal penguin.

I've found this helpful. Because no matter how well meaning we may be, we are not all trained in mental health. Even if you are, it's likely you will be doing all or most of the listening. Our friends might be good listeners but not able to give good advice. Many people don't even have real conversations. Rather, they talk at each other, waiting to speak instead of listening. This app has helped me on multiple occasions. Plus, it's free!

this app has been so helpful in reframing thoughts. I struggle with clinical anxiety, depression, and adhd. so even if nothing goes wrong, I still get excruciatingly depressed and anxious for no reason and I freak out and all that. lately it's been really hard. Wysa helped me not just reframe my thoughts towards a bad situation, like fighting with a spouse or something, but actually helped me accept my pains and turn them into strengths. like melting or wrapping the chains to use as armor.
