Ratings and reviews

The app has astonishing features but it's too computationally heavy and is overwhelmed by too much information. Ever since XP decided to combine the Credit Card, Digital account and investment account in the same app, the app has been laggy and constantly presenting problems. Moreover, the login process is too slow and could be swapped by a simplified view of the investment wallet without requiring password authentication. The app could also allow for OS native locks for simple wallet checking.

The App is very buggy. Sometimes the server is down, can't even open the 6-digit PIN. Authorizing a purchase under the XP credit card is always a hassle, sometimes the 60 seconds expire before I can even reach the Approve button. Terrible

They will provide you a Credit Card with limits to be supposedly based on your investments, but the available limit isn't informed in the app. Go to Genial, C6, Inter... Any of these options is better and more respectful than XP.
