Worst Phone App EVER. Can't see any details and it won't allow you to use the app in landscape mode. They don't send you a bill without charging you (SUPER CHEAP AND STUPID). They are probably charging you long distance fees for no reason but since you can't actually see the list as it's cut off and won't allow landscape mode you can't find out. The app "download details. CSV" doesn't work so it's impossible to see for what, where and when they are charging you for. What a SCAM!

Too many pop ups, it doesn't remember fields I filled if I leave the app to check information on forms, the app acts like adds are your friend, and generally it wants to stalk me and hold my hand. I am not a baby who needs or wants constant supervision, and adds for companies beyond a certain net worth should be abolished. Get out of my face and deliver an easy experience that doesn't try to extract every ounce of marketable data from my existence as possible. Other than that, it's fine.

Did the update and lost all of the credentials. Don't remember the over complicated password you are forced to create. Tried password reset and made another other over complicated password and it did not take because of some server issue. Hey Bell, with MyRogers, when I update the app, I don't loose a thing. I have had that app with the same basic password for 13 years and never had a problem. Maybe have your app developers talk to Rodgers to learn a few things.
