doesn't work. won't accept my account number. says the account number needs to be 8 chars, but my account number, when I log in on the website, is only 7. they say I need the latest version to fix that problem. I just installed it again, so it must be the latest version. there's no way to confirm because they won't tell me what the latest version number is.

Worst app I have ever used for such a big organization. Every time I open the app, it doesn't load, even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Very disappointed. Before it was just a service, now even the app doesn't work. The worst part is, the organization won't do anything to fix the issue. But, due to the same issue, once you can pay the bill, they will flag you. no wonder why they are loosing customers.

Was great, now won't bring up the rest of my services. It always messes up when they do an upgrade. With a postal strike on, and with no way to check my bills, this app again is next to useless. Here's a thought: if you want people to pay their bills and on time, make the app reliable and easy to use. FIX IT! Customer Service rep said it would be fixed by Monday. Now Tuesday and nothing. Will I have to wait for the next update for it to be fixed or completely crash the system? Time may tell.
