About this app

DailyBite's CBT program was developed with input from licensed mental health professionals, including a licensed psychologist, to ensure every exercise is safe, structured, and clinically grounded. Grounded in CBT and Low Intensity CBT (LICBT) principles, the same evidence-based approach used in modern therapy, DailyBite gives you a real 4-week program, not generic advice or vague journaling prompts.
