WHEN it works, it works lol... But most of the time there will be some kind of error that prevents me to submit my claim using this apps. And it never worked for me to attach any supporting documents. If I simply want to view previous claimed amount, or even to search up a drug with its DIN, it's a simple and fast way to do so. But really, the submission function almost never worked. I was lucky enough to have it worked maybe a few times in the past years. I gave the two stars for those times when I truly experienced how convenient it could be to submit a claim just like that with an app lol...makes it all the more disappointing when it doesn't work :(

I cannot for the life of me deposit lump sums into the RRSP. The app just says We're trying to verify your info after you enter in your code via email or phone. Then the app randomly crashes when you try to click back into the Transactions tab while waiting forever for your account to be confirmed, never once getting through.
The most frustrating app to submit claims. Seems to be designed for a frustrating experience so people don't submit claims. The app frequently loses sync with servers, frequently deletes previous providers, doesn't accept (even simply named) attachments, and/or errors out during submission. Should be investigated by the regulatory bodies of the province. I never thought an insurance app could be worse than Canada Life but Manulife has done it!
