The apps wins the slowest app of all times. It takes a lot of patience to use this app. It's super slow, super buggy, terrible to use. I wish Manulife and the developer put some efforts to make it work. Submitting one claim needs at least 30-40 minutes, and no multi-tasking can be done during that time. Still I get errors and experience slowness through submitting the claim. Manulife, please wake up.

it's been simple to submit claims but the app is horrible. for instance the "help" section gives you directions for the app and online but the app has zero of those features, like what my plan has for coverage and balances. I'm forced to call in and get the runaround everytime with Manulife. call each department to get an answer. company and app are horrible.

Not the best app. If app opens while holding the phone in landscape, it will keep rotating between landscape and portrait view continuosly. I was trying to submit a claim, but when I went to attach the receipt photo, an alert appeared that my session expired due to inactivity and I had to login again. This is wrong because I just logged in and was in the middle of submitting the claim (there was no inactivity). It didn't save any of the data including the provider I just added.
