Running version 5.8.2 of the app & giving the app .00001%⭐️! Like everyone else I am having the worst experience. It constantly has errors, you try to submit a claim there's an error. The only reason I have to submit a claim is because the system had an error when my provider was trying to put through my claim. I tried to add my Aeroplan number and was met with an error. So frustrating & when you contact chat support, they tell you to go to the website🤦♀️ then why do I have to have an app??

Nothing but issues at every step. *update* still a terrible app. If you can even manage to get into the app, it never finds any of your providers and it doesn't let you group multiple claims for one provider. Effectively wasting your time having to enter each claim one by one when you want to do a bulk submission. Claim statements aren't available for every claim. Canada Life app had its own issues but it was much more user friendly and less of a headache. I wish I could give this app 0 stars.

Not the best app. If app opens while holding the phone in landscape, it will keep rotating between landscape and portrait view continuosly. I was trying to submit a claim, but when I went to attach the receipt photo, an alert appeared that my session expired due to inactivity and I had to login again. This is wrong because I just logged in and was in the middle of submitting the claim (there was no inactivity). It didn't save any of the data including the provider I just added.
