the person setting up my plan told me the wrong top up amount- I thought it was room for taxes or something. then she realized it was an extra $5, said it would be deducted from my next bill. it wasn't so I messaged, they were like, you can apply it to new subscriptions or upgrades! like they just though they could keep it in my account indefinitely in case some day I upgrade when it was their mistake? what the hell?

Basically just a web browser session. No way for the app to remember your login on a verified device, and no biometric password ability. Required two factor authentication every single time to use it. I tried to log in to download my bill, only to have it kick me to new browser session, requiring me to log in all over again. It seems it's easier to just use a web browser in the first place. Not a very good first impression to a new customer. Come on Freedom, you can do better than this.

It keeps saying I'm locked out with too many attempts at my PIN, when I have not logged in in months. Then you can't reset your PIN. Awful! It used to work. Same with the website.
