Please send out invitations to long time customers of the 8G LTE Everywhere Everything in Can and USA plan for $50 who were signed up before December 2016 where they were pay before or post paid customers. It was promissed back in Dec. 2016. PS; I already got the plan. Wish there was a way to add extra Can Away and USA Data as an Add-On.
Good app. Just add more features like the way to report weak signal. I.e like opensignal
Seems to work perfectly fine for it's intended use. Have no problems paying my bill or viewing my current usage statistics.
The app works perfect for me and especially on data. Even before i downloaded the app i wouldnt have any problems with customer service. Id admit that if your in the subway going in a building with thick walls or going in the country your not going to get much service. dispite thease issues im happy with freedom and it works perfect for me and people who dont want to sign contracts. i dont know why people are having problems but i can see that there are mixed reviews, every one has diffrent experiences it looks like.
Update glitches I've used this app for over a year without problem. However the latest update has caused a problem. All I get is white screen nothing else. I uninstalled the update works fine. Stop fixing what ain't broken cause ya only mess it up
I have been trying since I got my new phone to log into my account and all I constantly get is a timed out and error message, I have uninstalled and reinstalled a couple of times and I still get the same message!!! I spoke to customer service and they suggested I go onto the freedom mobile/my account site to login and I still can't even when I update, I am not a happy camper!! Please fix this bug it's really annoying!!!
