The only negative thing I can say is the timing on certain days definitely exceeds 15 minutes. Sometimes it's 45 minutes out or more. Other than that ALL of the drivers are amazing! They know their routes well. Get you to your destination in timely manners. And the app is ok too

I like the app it's reliable and convenient. The app shows you exactly where and how long it's going to be until it shows up to pick you up. It has the convenience pay. It has what type of vehicle is picking you up. The drivers name and everyone's nice. Thanks for that btw 👍

I really like the service a lot. But recently I have been having trouble with my app. I haven't been able to use it. I like using it more so that I don't have to tue up the dispatchers.
