Easy to set intervals following your own odd needs. To me the best part is you can "name" your interval blocks so instead of a five second "rest" I can have a five second "right leg forward" and then the next block name is the yoga position for however long I want to stretch into it. I went ahead and made the purchase to rem the ads because it's worth the couple of bucks.

I tried the interval timer app for exercise and I was satisfied with its performance. It is a simple app that does what it promises. It lets you set the duration and intervals of your workouts with ease. The only thing that I think could be improved is the time input interface. It would be more convenient if it offered some common options like 10 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. instead of requiring you to enter the exact number or increase it by one minute each time. But, it works.

Simple and functional! All my exercises are time-based, and I can customize everything I need here. I mostly do recurring sets with training and rests intervals. It's pretty nice. The ads don't bother in the free version; I still bought the premium because I figured that if I use this app everyday I might as well show support.
