If you liked the previous update then odds are you'll hate the current one. It seems like every time they bring out a good version they break it on the next. This latest version refuses to open the first time you access it. You have to back out and reopen it for it to open correctly. EDIT: Replying that the problem was fixed on the last update isn't a fix. It still hangs on the first open, requiring you to close the app and restart it.
This app does just about everything it's supposed to do now that they've fixed the login problem. The only thing that still doesn't work is "Email Customer Service." Get the message "No apps can perform this action" and, as far as I can tell, there are no apps settings to set up this function. I have two email apps on my SmartPhone. Don't judge this company by it's app. I can't speak highly enough of Consumer Cellular, a five star company! However, their app still needs some work.
Won't keep auto login info, have to reenter info Everytime I open app was never a problem until I updated yesterday, please fix this!!!! Updated on 11/8/17 This latest update has rendered the App useless, have to back out and go back in every time you open it. Seems that the finger print sensor may have screwed this up?? Updated on 11/21/17 and the auto login fingerprint feature seems to be fixed. Thanks!! Updated again on 11/21/17. Worked great for the first couple of times now doing the same thing again with fetching data taking forever until you back out of it then reenter again. Back down to 2 stars until this is fixed once and for all!! 😥
I updated the app today and it would not load on my tablet on android 5. The previous version worked fine. Please help.
Takes over a minute to load account information and another minute to load usage data. Samsung phones still after 11/20 update cannot activate the drop down arrow that let's you look at usage details per line. I can only see combined usage. This has been this way for Samsung phones since day one, and nothing is being done to fix it. Thus the one star rating.
App now fails on startup...getting message 'Unfortunately My Cpnsumer Cellular has stopped.' Cannot run app.
Added a show/hide password capability. Now you can see what you have typed into the password field if you like. Added a “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to support password resets. Also fixed some small bugs found with the login process.
