Very difficult trying to see everything in the app. When you slide up on page you are look at it wouldn't slide any further. It won't move to the bottom of the page. You could see the top of some letters suggesting there is more to see. I was trying update my credit card info. It was very difficult getting through this process. Sometimes things would flash in then flash out before you can doing anything .The app is good for general information but, anything specific it is not good.

The app used to be fine, now it keeps telling me my password is incorrect. Although when I log in via the website it works. I even tried to reset the password, still the same issue. I even uninstalled then reinstalled the app, same problem. I'm happy with the service and cost for service, but the buggy app situation needs to be addressed and resolved.

My phone service stinks. It works very little where I live and most of the time it tells me I have no phone service..I really have tried to fix it with there help but still doesn't work properly. I wish it was more like them commercial, works everywhere..but it doesn't...false advertising in my book!! And WiFi calling is a joke also!!
