I lost access to my app due to an unexpected reset of my phone. I have managed to regain access to 15+ banking / credit card / investment apps within a few days. The experience with Cembra is by far the worst. I ordered a new code for app activation at least 3 times via web form as suggested by the process. Never got an activation letter. I sent an e-mail to the contact provided in the play store. No answer after 1+ week. I wanted to call the Hotline, which turns out to cost me a lot of money.

Hello Will Kölbener - I am very sorry about your negative experience. We did indeed have delivery delays with our activation letters. However, these have been solved. It is also a shame that you were unable to reach our customer service, but our phone calls from Switzerland are free of charge. Best regards, Ryan.

I rely on this app to pay my monthly car payments, but it almost never works. About 90 percent of the time it fails with “Fail to authenticate,” and I end up retrying for hours or even days until it randomly lets me in. There is not even an email address for feedback, only a phone number. This app seriously needs major improvements and better reliability.

Completely useless besides getting push marketing messages. There's no way of reaching Customer Service, no way of setting a standing order for automatic payments or some other function for getting payment reminders, which are the main things one would need such an app for. And it has a very 1990s interface and user experience feel.
