Ratings and reviews

App works easily, with a great UI, on desktop too. Had some issues, but they weren't the fault of Proton, but my ISP instead. Just renewed for the premo subscription, love the cross device features. Swiss security products are always a good bet, well outside of the "eyes". I wish you could use a VPN with something like NetGuard firewall, but that's an Android problem, not Protons. A firewall feature like NetGuards' advanced control features would make this app absolutely perfect, in my opinion.

Excellent VPN, clean and easy interface. Works on Android phones and my Linux computers (desktops and laptops), as well as my 2 Raspberry Pi systems ( 4b+ and the 5) which have 8gbs of ram. Connections are always stable and with little loss of speed. I have had stable conditions with both US sites and overseas sites. Must have if you want to keep your online surfing private.

The wireguard protocol seems no longer compatible with gamestop and yelp. After troubleshooting, it is the only issue left for addressing. Error protocol_ssl. Upon turning vpn off, the sites and the apps work, with on, they do not. I tried this on other devices, as well. Same issue, I use many diverse product. Please fix. I stand at 4 stars, otherwise, because this seem to be otherwise fast and safe.
