The app wouldn't save my reserved bike. I tried multiple times. Luckily, the bike wasn't far from my home, so it was there for me to unlock and use, and I had no problem getting my ride started (except that I had to take the quiz again before riding, but maybe the city requires that). Also, I'd like for app to have feature to filter to see only bikes or only scooters rather than having to zoom in to see what's available at a particular location. I have a preference to use the bikes.

The pedals are extremely stiff, making it very hard to start moving. The bike stopped accelerating in the middle of the ride. I had to end the ride mid-trip. The app also does not end the ride properly. It doesn't always recognize when the bike is already at the right parking spot. So when I try to end the ride in the app, it doesn't end. And the bike is locked, so I can't move it too another spot. Fix the bikes AND the app.

I was excited to try this for the first time. But found that the app is not user friendly, it was very confusing. I purchased a group ride for 2 people,($19) but upon trying to connect our birds, it started a new charge, which ended up being an additional $48. And we paused and had issues resuming and upon scanning to get the bird started again there was an additional $16 charge 😏. Since this is used recreationaly I think the app needs to be simplified for users. I am currently disputing charge
