Works well A little confusing on how to activate tickets. But once you get that it's pretty easy. Would like to see it possible to buys tickets in fewer steps. Also would like to see the purchase and schedule integrated more. As in im buying a ticket. The next boats from that location are at these times. Also If I have tickets show me times for those routes. good app though, effective. A new thing is I'm never sure if the schedules are up to date. They seem to skip scheduled trips petty regularly. App or service??
After purchasing tickets using this app, I was unable to activate them. There was no error; they would simply return to the list of purchased tickets every time I hit "activate". Then when I tried to file feedback, the feedback mechanism kept telling me "feedback submission failed". This is not ready for prime time.
Bus locator does not work well Good idea, convenient to be able to purchase tickets and check schedules but Bus Locator is oftentimes totally inaccurate/lagging and app in general is buggy and slow.
Worst app ever Spends ages "loading tiles" even though I always end up with the same set: takes at least 5 mins to get anywhere useful. Then when using tickets, refreshes forever. Usually this isn't a problem as my tickets are on device and can be used while it refreshes. But not today! I waited fully 10 minutes for it to refresh with no tickets showing, despite having loads available. Ended up using a paper ticket that I have to keep just in case this POS fails. And forget using the feedback feature: never, ever sends.
Great since latest update Edit: Pro tip: activate your ticket as the boat is coming into the dock. That gives it time to load. There is a long limit to how long the ticket can stay on your screen, it lasts a whole 30 minutes. ====The old version was annoying. This one's a real improvement. It does everything you would want a ticketing app to do, and the pin feature really speeds things up.
SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! Tickets refused to activate with the guy who was collecting them. After holding up the line after an embarrassing 2 minutes, he told me to step to the side. I had to purchase physical tickets ANYWAY. There's no way to issue a refund, or contact the company for that matter (app gives an error too). I filed a claim with my credit card company. What a waste of time and money. If you guys want tickets, just buy them physically; there was no line (even on labor day)and there's no point in paying twice.
