This app is great until it's not. Nothing more frustrating than having paid for the month and getting extorted for more money because their app fails and that becomes the consumers problem. They don't reimburse, customer service is only open for 4 hours a day during the week. The bus tracker rarely works accurately and now I'm being notified that my phones operating system is too advanced for this app. Total waste of time and money.

Some good features, most of them don't work 90% of the time. They have this annoying popup that prompts every time you open the app requesting feedback, but when you try to submit the feedback it returns an error EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The design is outdated and the UX is horrible. I only use it to check bus locations which lags. Buying tickets through the system breaks down at least 3-4 times a year & they make you buy a paper ticket. You don't get reimbursed, they still owe me $36 👎🏻

First, please stop asking for feedback in the app, since the form submission doesn't work. The app is very convenient, but there are a few bugs. If you don't have a data connection, it often doesn't know that you have tickets even if you don't save your tickets to the cloud. Also, if you don't exit properly, the app ends up in a weird state where, the next time you go to use a ticket, you think you're at the activation screen but you can't activate any tickets.
