Some good features, most of them don't work 90% of the time. They have this annoying popup that prompts every time you open the app requesting feedback, but when you try to submit the feedback it returns an error EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The design is outdated and the UX is horrible. I only use it to check bus locations which lags. Buying tickets through the system breaks down at least 3-4 times a year & they make you buy a paper ticket. You don't get reimbursed, they still owe me $36 👎🏻

First, please stop asking for feedback in the app, since the form submission doesn't work. The app is very convenient, but there are a few bugs. If you don't have a data connection, it often doesn't know that you have tickets even if you don't save your tickets to the cloud. Also, if you don't exit properly, the app ends up in a weird state where, the next time you go to use a ticket, you think you're at the activation screen but you can't activate any tickets.

This is a horrible app. Absolutely worst of all commuter apps I have used. I can go pages and pages about how bad it is, but instead, let me just tell you one thing. The app nags you to give feedback every time you open it, but if you indeed try to give feedback, it will always fail to submit feedback. If they cannot get this simple thing right, what else can they get right?
