This app doesn't work. Thought it would be nice to take the ferry. Won't allow to purchase tickets. Doesn't seem to have a full schedule. There are only 1-2 ferries per day from my location. Who leaves work by 3pm in Manhattan? App doesn't seem to recognize my location. Would be nice if they had an interactive map of ferry routes and shuttle bus routes. This app doesn't have much in it. What it does have, doesn't seem to work well. Uninstalling now.

**Update: NY Waterway and Bytemark spent two weeks figuring out what was causing this issue and followed up with me directly. Happy to report the app works again and my tickets were not lost. ** After the update, I have not been able to login or pull my previously purchased tickets. I've had to resort to buying paper tickets again which are more reliable at this point. Waiting to hear back from the customer service team on the login issues.

Please return grouping of tickets by destination. I have bought two 10-packs for two different routes and now I have to scroll through 40 tickets to find the one I need. Plus tickets are not sorted by expiration date, but in the order you buy them. Why did you change the layout that was much more logical and intuitive in the previous version?
