The app mostly works but has one very irritating flaw. If you redeem points for tickets, and then use the menu to navigate to your stored tickets instead of clicking the "view tickets" button, you won't get a ticket. But you will still lose the points. I have lost many, many points before I figured this out.

Convenient... when it works. It has a tendency for cloud errors (even on good wifi) when finding your tickets. What's more, just recently, it's taken money for three tickets, had an error while fulfilling order, and given me none of the tickets. It even recognizes that I've put the money in for the three tickets, but has given me none of them. This app also lags frequently, despite what the developer claims. TLDR: Convenient most times, but buggy enough it ends up a bigger hassle.

There needs to be more practical information about how to use this app if you seriously intend for infrequent transit users and out-of-towners to use it. It's super frustrating that the 'More Info' section just links to a Youtube video-- if you're in public without headphones, the video is useless because you can't hear it. There needs to be written information as well. It would also be nice if it explained somewhere that you may be asked to tap your ticket when you show it to the bus driver so that the background color changes, verifying that the ticket is real/valid. The app itself seems to work OK, but it is not intuitive at all.
