The Faiba app gives you ultimate power to manage all your Faiba services in one place.

It provides you with a simple and easy way to access information conveniently about your Faiba services, 24 hours a day.

With the Faiba app, you can do the following;

For Mobile;

CHECK BALANCE AND USAGE: View the balance in the main account and for all packages subscribed to, for your line or multiple lines

BUY AIRTIME: Recharge your line or another line easily

BUY BUNDLES: But plans for your line or another line easily

MANAGE MULTIPLE LINES: Add multiple lines for easy management

DATA MANAGER: Activate data manager to prevent browsing on your airtime

For Fixed;

VIEW STATEMENT: View your fixed account statement

VIEW INVOICE: View invoices and see if they are paid or unpaid

VIEW SERVICES: View the list of Faiba services that you have and their status i.e. active or inactive

Ratings and reviews

Good app, but poor choice of font. they are using Nunito New, which is good for writing articles or content with a lot of text. When it comes to dealing with a lot of numbers, Nunito is poor choice for that. It's soft, calm, mild and leans heavily on beautification. Numbers need a punchy font, esp where you're dealing with money and data balances, and font sizes for numbers need to be big enough and easy to see. Check the fonts that Western banking and financial apps use and copy that.

I love the new revamp. The app looks more detailed compared to the previous UI. Just to add on, i think you should also add the profile picture feature. However sometimes the service is down, and i cannot surf the internet yet i have active bundles. Please check on that

The Faiba app is excellent but I suggest the app to open when one runs out of data as long as data connection is faiba like other network providers.
