Lately, I've been having trouble with this app. I'll buy a data subscription, the money will leave my Mpesa but the data is not topped up on the Faiba app. It has happened several times in the past but it never got resolved even after I got a hold of Faiba Customer Service on Twitter. The latest occurrence is last night. It's very frustrating and I'm looking for an alternative provider.

Network reception has become a nightmare, some functions on the app don't work anymore. loading data is a nightmare, checking data balance is impossible these days🥱🥱.

I don't know what happened to Faiba, it used to be so fast and reliable. but recently from around July 2024, Faiba is so poor with connection issues and outages, it is not even possible to do even a Google meet for more than 10 minutes, it just drops and it's so annoying. Something else there is outright descripancy on data usage, the data is exhausted too faster even without fair usage. They also used to give offers but now they don't. It is disappointing. Best option is to just install WIFI.
