I've used Faiba for a while and enjoyed the services until one day it just stopped. I can't check balance, neither can I buy data. The number of times I have restarted the phone thinking it's something to do with that. Or used another WiFi source thinking maybe I need to access good internet for the app to function. Like, I get notifications but now what's the point? Can this be fixed? Also I've uninstalled so that I install again to see if it will work...π

This used to be a decent app (3/5) - simple and functional (some of the time). Network issues the past few months seem to have affected or crept into the app. The recent update just made it worse. I keep getting logged-out, most times the app doesn't connect despite others doing so. Sometimes I do not get the right airtime purchase amount until after a few minutes. Progress, don't regress!

I have used faiba for some months and it had been great. But recently I have noticed my data is exhausted without usage, I have even tracked my usage with third party softwares and there is a clear discrepancy of data usage. This so annoying and I hate it, to pay for something with hard earned money and not using, stop this corruption please
