Faiba is a scam. Tell me why I register and deposit the first initial 300 sh and use 20 sh and then after a while I refresh the app and my account balance is 0.00 sh !!!! upon contacting customer support I'm told the balance has expired and my number has been deactivated and given to someone else so I should register afresh so you can get the chance to steal from me again??!! I'm not that dumb...be disclosing terms and conditions during registration and show me the expiry date of the aitime!

I initially gave a 5-star rating because of the new update which was, to be fair, awesome -- until you introduced a feature to lock the STK push to only one Mpesa number. That, without the option of removing it or editing it. I'm wondering why developers build something good then ruin it. It's pretty obvious one would at one point or another wish to have a friend help buy them data for one reason or another.

I initially loved this up until OTP was introduced to mpesa STK push. An OTP that is not working!! You have the money in your mpesa, the mpesa simcard in your phone but can't purchase because of a broken OTP. Never had such a frustrating experience in my 3 years of using Faiba app
