not so great I was charged for a cancelation which I cancelled after 2 minutes after I made the request and cancelled immediately. and will not use you any more

A lot of lazzy people working within this app, the drivers do not take the trips just because and so on, the service is low quality. a driver took a trip and he never arrived

Even though the app always gave me issues, and the drivers are always taking their sweet time to arrive after I request the trip, I used this app for years. Now, I am uninstalling it, this was the last straw, after a driver cancelled my trip without notifying me. 😤
