Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) treatment is a type of psychotherapy — or talk therapy — that utilizes a cognitive-behavioral approach. It began with efforts to treat borderline personality disorder (also known as Emotional Instability Disorder). DBT has been conceptualized as a treatment broadly applicable to individuals with difficulties regulating emotions. Empirical evidence now supports the use of DBT adapted for eating disorders, substance use disorders, and PTSD.

Have been unable to log in via Facebook account for a few weeks now. Facebook shows "App not active: This app is not accessible right now and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated." But all of my tracking data and purchased subscription is on this account. Never heard back before via email when had issues logging in, unresponsive. This is a really great app otherwise for mood tracking, DBT skills, etc.

I really like the app for having some help because there is no DBT around it is just a little confusing and I really don't feel like you should have to pay for it for the skills or lessons as they call it it's like they give you situations and talk about the skills but if you want to learn them you have to pay just kind of messed up plus it was really slow and kicks you off a lot don't know if that would change if I paid for it or not

This app has been pretty helpful in allowing me to track and share my progress with my DBT therapist. My therapist and I are a bit frustrated with the app because I need to track when certain behaviors are at a zero. I have tried to do this everyday for months and it tracks the zero values pretty inconsistently. If there was a fix for this issue, the app would be exactly what I need.
