Completely forgot about this app, and that it doesn't even work! Turns out I have been paying $35/month for about 3 years of an app I assumed was included with the $175/month I pay already. They will cancel it starting next billing period, but weren't willing to credit or work me any other deal. Would have never realized it if the card I pay with didn't process on my last payment. Surprisingly, their online payment system finally works, still had to call to change anything though.

Things changed at AllData and I now can't access my DIY repair info. I just renewed my monthly subscription and couldn't access my repair product. I called and the rep said the app is only for the professional products (very expensive!) It wasn't like this earlier this year. She said I must use a browser to access my product. This was not mentioned in the app description. Very disappointed and angry. Hey Google, are you really going to allow this deceit to continue? Why have an app?

The mobile app works fairly well in a pinch. Yes, it's a subscription service. This isn't as friendly as using a computer, but it is handy when you're away from the shop and have no laptop. One advantage, it is great for inspections.

What’s new

Shops can now attach photos and videos directly to inspection findings, giving customers a clearer view of recommended repairs through a secure inspection report link delivered via email. Upload videos up to 200 MB, add videos directly to inspection line items, and provide more detailed documentation to help customers make informed repair decisions.
