Good. Opening an account online is a little long steps but still, I was able to open One problem is, however, the national address, while opening an account, doesn't show the city, and hence, I had to repeat everything Also, they should be changing the look and feel

Worst bank every! The account won't open online because the national address error pops up whereas I've already set the national address on spl. The branch staff won't help although I provided proof of national address and they tell me to go to the app or website to open the account!

Poor international remittance system, everytime I send remittance to my homs country there's a problem, either the transaction is reversed after a week, or the amount is deducted from my account and did not deliver in the final account. After opening the complaint and visiting their branch, my amount is reversed back in my account. I called multiple times for multiple transactions cancellation reasons, but never got a valid answer for cancellation of the transaction.
