Poor international remittance system, everytime I send remittance to my homs country there's a problem, either the transaction is reversed after a week, or the amount is deducted from my account and did not deliver in the final account. After opening the complaint and visiting their branch, my amount is reversed back in my account. I called multiple times for multiple transactions cancellation reasons, but never got a valid answer for cancellation of the transaction.

It is a very primitive app. Maybe it would be a great app if we are in 2011. You can do nothing with your app except if you want check your account balance, transfer money, or pay the bills. On top of that, you'll have to go through your basic, unfriendly and ugly user interface to do them. WAKE UP GUYS. But on second thoughts, you are keeping the app too minimal cause you consider old people who thinks technology complicates things, and can gets easily frustrated by it. Hence, the extra star.

Locked me up although I am sure of my username and password. And when I try to restore log in information it doesn't load the page! Further more, very heavy and lagging.
