Hi My account has been blocked because of wrong password and am not aware of it because I didn't attempt doing it at all. Am not aware of it because I have not changed my password

No offence but this app is very bad my account is blocked and when I tried to call the queries number they tells me to go to the nearby branch and when I go there they keeps telling me that nothing is wrong with my account. It's so disappointing 😞

It is a very primitive app. Maybe it would be a good app if it was 2009. You can do nothing with your app except if I want check my account balance, transfer money, or pay the bills. On top of that, I have to go through your basic, unfriendly and ugly user interface to do them. WAKE UP GUYS
