Every time I have a problem with bank, I have been calling local and international active customer agents but I don't get the desired solution. So I was forced to close my account after talking to a customer agent due to bad service. So please improve the service and solve this problem as soon as possible.

check Alrajhi app for a better UI and ux. both website and mobile app are very bad for corporate users. it feels like it's from the 90s. even the calling and verification are too bad and slow. it takes me more than 30 mins to achieve anything dealing with the app, website, calls and verifications... very outdated and slow. you guys need to revamp everything. the website, the app, and the phone calling experience.

aware this type of bank, The bank account will be frozen immediately after you deposit money. If you contact the bank, they will say that your ID is incorrect and that changing the ID will fix the account.
