• WAS authentication
• Transaction Password
1. Click on the Register button from the Login page.
2. Insert your BM Internet Banking National ID, select Card Type and the enter your card and accept the terms & conditions.
3. Insert your card details like Pin/Expiry.
4. Insert the OTP (One Time Password) that will be sent to you via SMS on your registered mobile number or email address.
5. Key in a valid user id and password and you are now connected to your Bank.

Very bad customer service. They took all the personal data to file a complaint, and nothing has changed. I'm abroad, and I can't pay any bills. I paste the OTP, and it shows a general error message. Please fix the problem

Use to be working. know why i can't login tried even change the password still no go got this (Sorry! Unable to login, please contact bank administration.) why had to be that hard and very complicated
