Bloated app that tries to do everything but fails at its core functions. I can check my balance with it but nothing else. It took an hour to figure out how to add roaming to my prepaid SIM because of the convoluted UI. There seem to be apps within the app that take over a minute to load 1 page. And not only do you have to add fixed quantities of credits instead of paying directly, the app won't even take my money after trying with Google Pay, Alipay, or manually entering my credit card info

An absolutely terrible app, exchanged points when playing the games, they took away the points but due to some sort of disruption, no relevant rewards given for the corresponding game. Also too many advertisements, really ruining the interest to use the app!

Your live chat won't load. I need to talk to your customer service and the app is not helping. My topped up credit keep going missing even the phone has been switched off. This is not even the first time that has happened.
