Great app to track your strength gains. It is pretty accurate as far as 1RM goes, but I wouldn't treat the projection as gospel. Always use caution. I would, however, like the ability to group exercises per body part. Example: Main lift: deadlift, secondary supporting: RDLs, good mornings, etc... It would make tracking exercises a bit easier in my opinion. Overall, I do not regret upgrading to the pro version, and I would endorse anyone to use this app for strength logging.

This app is exactly what I wanted. Calculate 1 rep maxes and percentages quick and easy. Makes conjugate setup much easier. Being able to track maxes is a must with conjugate and an awesome addition to the app. The plate calculator is nice as well. Only thing that would make it better is to save multiple bars and set what plates you have to work with.

I actually need the ability to quickly estimate individuals when training teams. And the ability to track clients would be sweet. This is obviously lacking from this application. But this is the best app I have used. And there's always room for improvement ;)
