Ratings and reviews

I appreciate the option to get my paychecks earlier and what not, that's super helpful. But the app is outrageously slow. It's only this way for Android, my coworker has an iPhone and can transfer funds in less than a minute. I'm lucky if I can do it in 10 minutes. UPDATE: FINALLY, there's a new update how exciting! Just kidding, made the experience so much worse. The app is even slower now somehow. If I wasn't forced to use this app, I would never use it.

the fees can be a bit excessive but understandable. Although it states that with every 10th transfer I should be getting a free transfer and so far I have only received 1 free transfer since I first started using it. i believe I should be reimbursed for those as it was stated in the beginning. other than that the app works well for my needs. there is one more thing. it seems to run very slow. So if you are not a patient person you would not find this very well for you.

Incredibly slow. Only have to use the app because for some reason the web browser version stopped working on my phone. It keeps insisting I'm on a VPN or using a proxy when I am just using it normally. No proxy, no VPN, or even add blocker. Happened randomly and I'm hoping it just goes back to working. I was eventually able to make a transfer. Only thing keeping this from being a one-star. Outside of that I haven't had any problems with the service and the web browser has been rather reliable.
