App suddenly stopped working, kept blocking me from logging in. Repeatedly tried to reset my password, still no luck. I contacted them twice and each time was assured they would fix the issue. Till this day, still not resolved. I have to manually top up my children's cards, which is a major inconvenience, especially since the train station is not nearby. Get your act together!

4 months ago, I made 3 top up and amounts were not credited although credit card was charged. It took a month and a half of repeated calls (was told each time they would resolve my issue in a week but apparently not) before money was returned. I was told app is working now after the final call with a supervisor. Attempted a few times today and met the same problem.

I prefer an app tt allows me to check the balance of a card accurately. However, this app doesn't allow me to use nfc to check the balance, neither does it accurately reflect the amount (eg it didn't show all my transactions for today). The tagging of the card to an account is also a problem. When I try to add a card, I got a mesg saying the card was added to another account. does it mean tt I can't check the amount at all, let alone help others to top up?
