Both app and payment handling service is terrible. I am at a juncture to write-off 442 rupees which I lost due to transaction failure. This happened on Jan 16 2017 and today is 08 Feb 2017. Forget about refund, Dominos has not even shown courtesy to return my call or respond to my email! Avoid app, go straight to store if you do not want any such hassle.
Many a time the offer codes doesn't work and throws up random and weird errors like " maximum calling attempt is 3 " .. its a lousy application. At times you don't get order confirmation but the order is accepted at their end.. all in all its a real pain using this app
Second: Address selection is very difficult. There's a stupid limit on the number of tries you can make on applying a coupon. There's a stupid limit on the number of tries you can make on paying via wallets. You have officially spoiled Pizza ordering for me. BTW, UI is much better now, but for what joy when the rest of it doesn't improve? First: Very slow. Very irritating. Very stupid. Payment confirmed but order not confirmed. Bullshit you guys. Did not expect this from you Domino's. 💩👎
I think before delivery a pizza...Try delivering promises....I ordered a pizza a week ago. The pizza wasnt ordered and the transaction definitely was completed....Even after a week there is no sign of a refund...Even though youight have called multiple times... I was a regular with Dominos but seriously disappointed the services
The App is horrible and if you are trying to avail an offer using the app will be your worst nightmare. I was trying to avail an offer where you order for minimum Rs.500 and get a regular pizza free and even though you have order worth 600+ exclusive of your taxes it won't except your offer coupon and says your order is below the offer minimum limit. Overall this app is not user friendly, a junk if you need people to use it fix major bugs.
The app doesn't progress to placing an order if there are multiple locations around your address. It IS NOT the customer's problem if there are multiple locations that can service his address. They need to work this problem out , else they shall lose clientele (like me) from prime locations, where obviously there are multiple locations.
In version 3.3.9, we have done the following:
1. Offers section under home screen. Now you can easily copy coupon codes for your favorite offers
2. Bug fixes
3. Faster navigation and enhanced user experience
